West County Senior Lifestyle Expo

INFO FOR VENDORS ONLY

THINGS TO KNOW – SET UP:
You can begin setting up your booth at 7:30 a.m. the morning of the expo (no setting up on Monday)
Expo begins AT 9:00 a.m., please be ready to go
If you are dropping off your things (for your booth) at the front: please drop off and then immediately move your vehicle
Each vendor has an 8’ table and two chairs
Volunteers from the Chamber will be at the front to assist you to your table
You will be given a table number assignment the morning of
THINGS TO KNOW – DAY OF EVENT:
The Expo goes until 1:00 p.m. – NO LEAVING EARLY!
Giveaway Item: Make sure to bring a way to collect the attendee’s information for your giveaway
There is unfortunately NO Wi-Fi at the mall – if you need Wi-Fi, please bring your own hotspot
There will be SNACKS & WATER at the Chesterfield Community Center for the vendors only
THINGS TO KNOW – END OF DAY:
Please leave your space clean and trash free; removing all boxes, litter, etc.
There will be a quick survey for the expo to complete – please fill out and return to the Chamber’s booth
If for some reason, you are unable to attend please let us know ASAP so we can make adjustments. Keep in mind, there will be no refunds.

We will have complimentary coffee and donuts in the morning, St. Louis Strutters will be performing, food samples throughout the expo, hundreds of booths and so much more!
Each booth will be giving away a $50 gift basket/gift to the lucky attendees!
Meet with health care providers, senior living communities, travel agencies, elder law firms, complimentary screenings, and so much more, including a taste of west county with so many delicious options.
